Start Gold is a masterclass in the business of real estate, designed to transform a licensed individual into a Professional Advocate through a blend of classroom intelligence and "Live-Fire" field experience.

Phase 1: Professional Infrastructure

In your first 10 days, we move beyond the basics. You will establish your professional identity, configure your proprietary database, and complete your initial Business Planning session to set your income trajectory for the year.

Phase 2: Tactical Mastery

During the second phase, we focus on the "Mechanics of the Deal." You will move through our core curriculum covering the proper Buyer & Listing Processes, Asset Protection (Mortgage, Inspections, Insurance 101), and Technical Excellence in digital tools.

Phase 3: The Live-Fire Launch

The final phase is about performance. Under leadership guidance, you will move through simulated and live-fire scenarios focusing on Contractual Competency, the Global LeadingRE Referral Network, and Consultation Mastery.

Is there a cost to participate in the Start Gold program? +

No. We believe in investing in our agents from day one. There is no cost for Florida Executive Realty agents to participate in this foundational program.

Are the classes offered online? +

While we have recordings available online for convenience, we strongly encourage in-person attendance. Being present in the room increases retention and allows for the spontaneous "live-fire" Q&A that is vital to your growth.

Is Start Gold just for new agents? +

While it is required for all agents new to the profession, Start Gold is also available to experienced agents who want to realign their business with the S.E.A.L. framework and the FER standard of excellence.

What is the primary benefit of the program? +
